This process allows you to minimize errors and quickly and securely start the process through two options: |

Online Interview where the client can start and stop the interview at their convenience, from anywhere, securely |
Phone interview, scheduled within 48 hours of ticket receipt, with dedicated Lincoln team member |
Once the client interview is complete: |
Single-life cases $1 million and under for ages 18-60 will go through automated underwriting and your client may qualify for the lab-free process* |
All others will be reviewed by your dedicated Lincoln underwriting team |
Once the policy is approved, there are two options for delivery: |
ePolicy Delivery where the policy is delivered same-day with electronic signatures captured for the agent and client |
Digital PDF policy delivery where the agent can download a copy of the policy to deliver to the client |
