This process allows you to minimize errors and quickly and securely start the process through two options:

eTicket submission

paper ticket submission

There are also two options for the client interview:

Online Interview where the client can start and stop the interview at their convenience, from anywhere, securely

Phone interview, scheduled within 48 hours of ticket receipt, with dedicated Lincoln team member

Once the client interview is complete:

Single-life cases $1 million and under for ages 18-60 will go through automated underwriting and your client may qualify for the lab-free process*

All others will be reviewed by your dedicated Lincoln underwriting team

umbrella icon Approval/Delivery

Once the policy is approved, there are two options for delivery:

ePolicy Delivery where the policy is delivered same-day with electronic signatures captured for the agent and client

Digital PDF policy delivery where the agent can download a copy of the policy to deliver to the client
